Legal terms governing the use of our SaaS platform

1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts between AI Coding GmbH, Peter-Müller-Str. 3, 40468 Düsseldorf, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code) (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") who use the SaaS platform Leadsfinger.com.
The services are provided exclusively to B2B customers. A right of withdrawal for consumers does not exist.
2. Subject Matter of the Contract
The Provider makes various software tools (SaaS) available to the Customer via Leadsfinger.com.
The following services are included: access to 10 B2B tools including lead generation, data enrichment, email marketing, and additional applications, with unlimited use within the framework of the subscribed plan.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
The contract is concluded through the Customer's online registration and confirmation by the Provider.
4. Prices and Payment
The pricing model valid at the time of order shall apply.
Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe (credit card, SEPA direct debit, or other offered methods).
Billing is carried out monthly in advance.
5. Term and Termination
Contracts are concluded for an indefinite period with a minimum term of one month.
Termination is possible at any time at the end of the respective billing period.
Termination must be submitted in writing or by e-mail to support@leadsfinger.com.
6. Rights of Use
The Customer is granted a simple, non-transferable right to use the SaaS platform for the duration of the contract.
The sharing of access data with third parties is prohibited.
7. Obligations of the Customer
The Customer is obliged to enter only lawful data and not to misuse the platform.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring the legality of the data they process.
8. Availability & Liability
The Provider ensures an average annual availability of 98%.
The Provider shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability shall apply only in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations.
Liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
9. Data Protection
The privacy policy available at https://www.leadsfinger.com/privacy-policy applies.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
Place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, Germany.
Amendments and supplements require written form.
